By Commissioning me, you agree that you have explicitly read and accepted to all of the terms listed below. Failure to abide by such terms will lead to the eventual rejection of your proposed commission and will be added to the blacklist without prior warning. The Artist does not permit any art created to be uploaded to any machine-learning model.
─ The Client MUST pay Upfront
─ I reserve the right to decline any commission order when it's out of my range of skills or for any reason aside from my terms.
─ The client must provide clear and complete requirements and expectations of their commission, including reference materials or assets before work begins.
─ NSFW work has a +50% of the original price!
─ Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG / .GIF / .SVG format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .clip, .ai) unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, or the Client obtains written permission from the Artist.
─ Please don't hesitate to ask further questions regarding my commissions, if needed!
WORKFLOW
After reviewing your order, I’ll send in a rough draft through your DMs (or any preferred social media messaging) if your order is up to my skills to do so.
─ Once a draft is sketched up, you'll have a maximum of 3 revisions to have any changes done. Any major changes added after the 3rd will be charged a revision fee.
─ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 10 - 30 days, depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
─ Delivery of complete work is submitted through an online download location for a finite period of time. The Client is obliged to download and store a copy of the delivered work before the download location expires.
PRIORITIES OF OFFER
Commission offers that satisfy the following components are placed as a higher priority than other offers. These components include the Artist's skill level, availability, flexibility of deadlines, and subject matter.
─ The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
─ The Artist will refuse any depiction of sexually explicit (i.e., “x-rated”, pornographic, simulated sex, or sexual arousal) materials / fetishes / political agenda / any form of hateful, racist, or gory imagery.
DISPUTE
In case of disputes, the Artist reserves the right to export communication records (eg. screenshots) between the Client with timestamps. These records will never be shared in a way that would expose the Client but may be shown to third parties involved in solving the arising dispute.

PAYMENT
Methods of payment, is Paypal for international clients. Please note that the Paypal account the client uses must be their own.
─ For local clients living in the Philippines, I accept GCash.
─ All payments must be paid up front in full.
─ I do not accept checks, gift certificates, nor site-exclusive digital currency (i.e. deviantART Points).
─ I only accept refunds before or during the sketch and line art stage.
─ If the client chooses to cancel the commission after It has been started, I will be taking a 40% handling fee. So please be sure about your commission.
─ Disliking the Commission or change of mind are not considered for a refund; this is minimalized by providing drafts and progress photos throughout the Commission process
─ Full refund will be issued in the event that the Artist must cancel work due to sudden unavailability or emergency.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
─ Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site. Publish books with. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want.
─ The Client are allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
REPRODUCTION
The Artist reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright, on all works.
─ Sale, publication, or reproduction in any manner is strictly prohibited without prior express, written consent of the Artist. The publication also encompasses social media, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and any other similar platform.
─ The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, beyond the new Terms of Service agreed upon in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement as defined in the Definitions section herein.
─ The Client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s express, written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to the start of work.
─ The Client is granted permission to display the commission in Profiles as long as the Artist’s name is prominently displayed.
─ Distributing any Commission from the Artist to the NFT / AI site community is strictly prohibited.
