GENERAL
By Commissioning me, you agree that you have explicitly read and accepted to all of the terms listed below. Failure to abide by such terms will lead to the eventual rejection of your proposed commission and will be added to the blacklist without prior warning. NFTs are out of the question, don't even ask me about it.
─ The Client MUST pay Upfront
─ Under any circumstances, all of my art and commissions are NOT for AI training uses.
─ I reserve the right to decline any commission order when it's out of my range of skills or for any reason aside from my terms.
─ The client must provide clear and complete requirements and expectations of their commission, including reference materials or assets before work begins.
─ NSFW work has a +50% of the original price!
─ Please don't hesitate to ask further questions regarding my commissions, if needed!

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
─ Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site. Publish books with. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want.
─ The commissioner are allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

PAYMENT
Methods of payment, is Paypal for international clients. Please note that the Paypal account the client uses must be their own.
─ For local clients living in the Philippines, I accept GCash.
─ All payments must be paid up front in full.
─ I do not accept checks, gift certificates, nor site-exclusive digital currency (i.e. deviantART Points).
─ I only accept refunds before or during the sketch and line art stage.
─ If the client chooses to cancel the commission after It has been started, I will be taking a 40% handling fee. So please be sure about your commission.
─ No refunds will be issued after the line art is completed.

WORKFLOW
After reviewing your order, I’ll send in a rough draft through your DMs (or any preferred social media messaging) if your order is up to my skills to do so.
─ Once a draft is sketched up, you'll have a maximum of 3 revisions to have any changes done. Any major changes added after the 3rd will be charged a revision fee.
─ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 - 4 weeks, depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
─ When the order is done and finalized, I will send you the completed commission along with its alternates, if required.
